About the committee

The appointed advisory committee will work in collaboration with the consultant team in order to guide the project activities, to provide advice on consultancy activities and to augment the work being conducted. The advisory committee does not have any formal decision making authority nor can it provide directives, rather it serves in the capacity of providing additional perspectives, guidance and as a link to the representative stakeholder groups.

The consultant team will look to the advisory committee for input, technical assistance and as a sounding board in the implementation and summarization of consultancy activities.

Commitment of the advisory committee requires a bi-weekly meeting with representatives of the consultant team in addition to regular communication via e-mail.

Forum and Focus Group Conversations

As part of the facilities consultancy for the Newmarket School District, the consultant team will conduct a public forum and small focus group conversations with varied stakeholder groups.
